Implement and maintain QA/QC processes across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical works on a major data‑centre construction project. Inspect site activities, manage ITPs and NCRs, verify materials/workmanship, witness testing and commissioning, coordinate with teams and produce quality records and handover documentation.

Manage delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Dublin, coordinating stakeholders, producing reports, maintaining documentation, tracking performance, supporting scope/budget development, and directing project teams to meet milestones and resolve contract issues.

Provide multi-jurisdiction tax research, modelling and planning; develop and maintain tax computations, controls, and documentation; oversee local compliance outputs and adviser work; monitor tax legislation (e.g., Pillar 2, e-invoicing, CBAM); coordinate cross-functional tax queries and support process improvements across finance teams.

Manage the full electrical scope across data centre and large-scale construction projects, coordinating design, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver work safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards. Support recruitment, training coordination, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement across HR operations for the Dublin head office.
