Winthrop Technologies seeks engineering graduates for its 2027 graduate programme supporting data centre delivery across Europe. Participants may work in BIM, civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, environmental health and safety, quantity surveying, or construction management. Supports multidisciplinary design development and coordination across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines for data centre construction projects. Reviews drawings, specifications, technical documentation, RFIs, and submittals; coordinates with consultants, stakeholders, and construction teams; resolves design issues; maintains project documentation; and identifies design-related risks and variations.

Provides technical oversight of CSA design information, reviews design accuracy and compliance, manages technical risks, and supports project and estimating teams with conceptual and value engineering solutions. The role leads coordination with regional design teams and designers, resolves design issues, reviews lessons learned, develops discipline-focused training, and supports multidisciplinary BIM delivery across large-scale data centre projects.

Engineering internship placements of 3, 6, or 9+ months supporting live data centre delivery projects across BIM, civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, EHS, quantity surveying, and construction management disciplines. Interns will gain hands-on project experience, mentorship, technical training, and multidisciplinary exposure while demonstrating communication, teamwork, reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to learning.

Lead coordination and installation of client-supplied electrical equipment (OFCI) on a large data centre project. Manage vendors, schedule, engineering, commissioning support, risk escalation, weekly stakeholder meetings, progress reporting, and ensure quality, security and contract oversight.

Lead mechanical project delivery for data centre projects in Dublin: manage client communications, lead package managers, oversee technical submittals and RFIs, develop commissioning scripts, coordinate MEP/CSA contractors, prepare method statements and risk assessments, sequence pipework installation, manage installation through commissioning and handover, document and cost changes, and drive O&M completion with vendor documentation.

Manage and coordinate electrical building services for data centre projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders, sequencing and supervising installations, preparing method statements and risk assessments, managing subcontractors and technical submittals, monitoring programme and costs, compiling O&M and commissioning documentation, and supporting testing and handover to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality delivery.

Lead façade/envelope engineering for a major data centre project: develop and review designs using CAD/BIM, perform structural/FEA analysis, select materials, ensure code compliance, coordinate with architects/contractors, conduct site inspections, prepare technical documentation, and guide construction teams.
