As a Senior .NET Developer, you will lead the design and development of .NET applications, mentor team members, and ensure quality project delivery through client communication and coding best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain .NET/React applications using Azure microservices. Estimate tasks, set acceptance criteria, follow best practices, implement CI/CD and unit tests, and support learning programs.

Design and implement high-performance .NET 10/WPF desktop features, maintain .NET<->C++ interop via C++/CLI, profile and fix memory and UI-thread issues, refactor legacy modules, conduct code reviews, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate testing and documentation within Agile two-week sprints.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and microservices using C#/.NET. Work on integrations, asynchronous/event-driven systems (Kafka), observability, performance tuning, and deployments in Kubernetes/GitOps. Collaborate with DevOps, participate in on-call rotation and incident response, write tests, perform code reviews, and contribute to system design improvements and AI/LLM integrations.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and microservices in .NET (C#). Work on data warehouse/core domain functionality, integrations, async/event-driven communication, databases (SQL/NoSQL), observability, performance tuning, Kubernetes/GitOps deployments, participate in on-call rotation, code reviews, and collaborate with QA and DevOps.
