Provide hands-on IT support across macOS and other endpoints, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking/accounts, manage onboarding/offboarding and device enrollment, maintain device management and identity systems, join on-call rotation, write automation scripts (Bash/Python), document runbooks, and identify automation opportunities to improve scale.

Build and maintain infrastructure automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, monitoring, CMDB, and network-management systems for servers, cloud environments, Cisco networks, and physical security devices. Develop remediation, patching, compliance, provisioning, logging, and ticketing workflows; create monitoring exporters and dashboards; perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; and lead postmortems. Participate in a 24x5 on-call rotation supporting mission-critical infrastructure.

Lead onsite IT operations for the Dublin office and coordinate EMEA regional IT support. Provide frontline support, onboarding/offboarding, AV and event readiness, vendor and inventory management, workplace technology for office builds, executive/white-glove support, and drive documentation, workflows, and automation to scale support across offices and time zones.

Assists with IT operations on cruise ships, focusing on guest-related technology. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installation, and first-level support for IT equipment.

Provide in-person Tier 1 technical support for employees and vendors: troubleshoot hardware and software (macOS, Chrome OS, iOS), run diagnostics, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain SaaS tools and IT asset records, update documentation, support office technology, and participate in on-call rotations.

Own and triage the IT support queue for ~400 employees across 25+ brands. Troubleshoot Google Workspace admin, macOS, Chrome, VPN and remote desktop issues; run IT automations; coordinate laptop provisioning; support onboarding of acquired brands; and help gather SOC 2 and ISO 27001 evidence.
