Implement IaC, automated remediation, custom exporters, patching pipelines, SLO/SLI enforcement, runbooks, and participate in 24x5 on-call rotation to ensure resilience and reduce operational toil.

Own and triage the IT support queue for ~400 employees across 25+ brands. Troubleshoot Google Workspace admin, macOS, Chrome, VPN and remote desktop issues; run IT automations; coordinate laptop provisioning; support onboarding of acquired brands; and help gather SOC 2 and ISO 27001 evidence.
