Support the development and enhancement of Davy’s digital advice platform by applying financial planning expertise, interpreting cash flow modelling outputs, validating assumptions and client outcomes, and contributing to testing and quality assurance. Lead privacy risk and governance for data, digital and AI initiatives. Conduct DPIAs/LIAs, embed Privacy by Design, advise stakeholders, support vendor due diligence, maintain RoPAs, deliver training, and ensure GDPR and EU AI Act compliance.

Conduct ongoing customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions and PEP screening, and financial crime investigations. Analyze transactions for fraud, AML, terrorist financing, market abuse, and suspicious activity. Document assessments, escalate high-risk alerts, draft SAR/STR narratives, meet review KPIs, and support second-line teams responding to regulatory queries.

Supports administration of private equity and hedge funds, including valuation pricing, variance validation, capital calls, distributions, tax statements, financial statements, reconciliations, and client or investor queries. The role also maintains relationships with investment firms and life assurance companies, reviews controls and processes, supports operational efficiencies, and ensures accurate, timely fund servicing and reporting.

Supports intermediary brokers and account managers by opening new accounts, resolving account queries, maintaining broker and client pipelines, preparing management information, and coordinating with Davy Operations. The role provides administrative and customer service support, contributes to process improvements and ad hoc projects, develops pension and investment product knowledge, and complies with risk and compliance requirements.

Manage end-to-end pension transfer-in and transfer-out processes, coordinating with advisers, clients, operations teams, and external providers. Prepare and verify documentation, track transfer progress, provide management information, ensure fees and requirements are addressed, and maintain regulatory compliance. The role also involves quality assurance, stakeholder communication, issue escalation, and identifying process improvements while supporting a smooth client experience.
