Serve as a senior technical advisor for enterprise prospects and customers across EMEA. Lead technical discovery, architecture design, proof-of-concept implementations, demonstrations, workshops, proposals, and RFP responses throughout the presales lifecycle. Partner with sales and customer success, translate requirements into scalable solutions, influence product direction, manage technical environments, support enterprise deals, lead cross-regional initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and travel for customer engagements and events.

Manage post-sale customer relationships across EMEA, including onboarding, adoption, risk mitigation, technical guidance, renewals, expansions, and executive engagement. Manages AWS Marketplace orders, resolves discrepancies, supports Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce-NetSuite integrations, and maintains order-to-cash controls. Applies ASC 606 knowledge, supports financial close and audit readiness, partners cross-functionally, trains stakeholders, reports on process metrics, and recommends workflow improvements.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market SaaS accounts across EMEA, including pipeline generation, territory planning, relationship management, executive engagement, consultative selling, forecasting, and account expansion. Partner with solutions engineers, customer success, support, marketing, and revenue operations to guide customers through evaluation, purchase, adoption, and long-term growth.

Manage the full SaaS sales cycle for corporate and SMB customers across EMEA, including outbound prospecting, discovery, value alignment, demonstrations, proofs of concept, relationship development, expansion opportunities, customer adoption, forecasting, and revenue target attainment. Collaborate with sales leadership, solutions engineers, customer success, support, and product teams while maintaining accurate Salesforce data and sharing customer insights.

The role involves building scalable data models, automating reporting, implementing metrics, developing dashboards, and ensuring data quality across teams globally.
