Maintain accurate general ledger data and develop stronger, more automated controls and workflows.

Perform risk-based operational audits across eBay, conduct control and efficiency testing, identify control weaknesses and process gaps, draft findings and audit reports, track remediation and validate closures, and improve audit processes and use of data analytics to increase audit value.

Manage VAT compliance across EMEA, translate VAT regulations into scalable solutions, oversee tax audits and improve reporting processes.

Provide expert employee relations guidance across multiple European jurisdictions, lead investigations into grievances and misconduct, coach People Experience colleagues and managers, partner with Legal and Works Councils, develop policy and training, and manage external vendor and regulatory relationships to reduce risk and improve employee outcomes.
