What you will accomplish
  • Deliver accurate and timely payroll across multiple European countries and entities.

  • Partner with our outsourced payroll vendor, HR, Benefits and Stock teams, authorities and auditors to support effective payroll delivery.

  • Review payroll processes and service delivery, identify opportunities for improvement and help implement changes.

  • Collaborate with teams across the business to streamline and simplify ways of working.

  • Contribute to payroll-related projects, applying strong organisation and attention to detail.

  • Provide clear communication to employees and the wider business, taking ownership of ad hoc payroll queries through to resolution.

What you will bring
  • 3+ years of experience delivering complex payroll, ideally within a shared service environment, with experience managing high volumes in a large, fast-paced organisation.

  • Knowledge of regulatory payroll requirements across several EMEA countries and a good understanding of areas such as benefits, equity and shadow/hypo tax.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities accurately and efficiently.

  • Clear verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • A reliable, flexible and collaborative approach, including the ability to work effectively within virtual teams.

  • Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude to support analysis, documentation and recurring tasks, with an openness to learning new tools as they emerge.

  • A detail- and goal-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering accurate outcomes.
