Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering roles across Dublin and Aveiro. Partner with hiring managers on role intake, sourcing, structured interviews, hiring plans, candidate experience, forecasting, and offers. Use recruiting data, AI, automation, and tools including Greenhouse, BrightHire, Gem, and Glean to improve hiring workflows. Mentor recruiters, manage process SLAs, support local hiring requirements, and lead cross-functional recruiting initiatives.

Build automation and tooling in GCP, improve performance and scalability across MongoDB, CockroachDB, and Kafka, and design and provision infrastructure for new product capabilities. The role translates global strategy into local execution, operates independently, and requires travel across Europe, particularly Germany and France.

Own and evolve Squarespace’s talent management portfolio, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, and skills initiatives. Lead strategy through implementation, manage complex cross-functional programs, facilitate talent conversations, and use data to improve outcomes. Build AI-enabled tools and workflows while balancing privacy, bias, employee experience, and human judgment. Partner with leaders and People teams through communications, enablement, and practical recommendations.

Lead investigations and incident response using SIEM and SOAR, design detection alerts, perform threat hunting across endpoints, network, application and logs, analyze compromises and malware, build playbooks and security tools, share findings to improve product/security posture, and mentor junior team members.

Manage and grow a Database Engineering team responsible for backend infrastructure (databases and streaming). Hire, mentor, and evaluate engineers; drive architectural decisions and cross-functional roadmaps with Product, Design, and other teams. Promote an inclusive, high-performing culture and ensure scalability, reliability, and strong developer experience.

Lead a team of software engineers in developing financial solutions, focusing on product engineering and team management to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.
