Use SQL, GA4, Tableau, analytics, and user feedback to define success metrics and guide decisions across the full product lifecycle.

Develop and execute B2B marketing for estate agents across Ireland. Responsibilities include sales enablement, agent communications, product go-to-market planning, commercial rollouts, customer insight gathering, industry positioning, partnerships, and agent brand ownership. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, Data, Finance, and Commercial teams while advocating for agents and supporting Daft.ie’s growth in the property industry.

Owns Distilled’s media advertising revenue across three marketplaces, leading Ad Operations, streamlining campaign workflows, automating reporting, and optimizing programmatic yield. Manages Google Ad Manager, SSP relationships, ad technology, floor pricing, inventory, and troubleshooting. Develops programmatic and direct advertising strategies, identifies new monetization opportunities, creates advertising products, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing. Leads, mentors, recruits, and develops the Ad Operations team.
