Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and legal technology products across their lifecycle. Drive AI enablement (Copilot, Legora, AI agents), process redesign, vendor selection, pilots, implementation, adoption, training and optimisation. Build business cases, manage projects, govern risk and compliance, line-manage an analyst, and support client pitches while fostering responsible innovation across the firm.

Support the Innovation & AI team to assess, pilot, implement and scale legal technology and AI solutions (Legora, Microsoft Copilot). Assist with vendor assessments, project coordination, training, configuration, user support, process documentation and adoption monitoring to drive responsible, practical technology-enabled improvements in legal service delivery.

Provide first- and second-line IT and AV support across AV/VC, service desk, infrastructure, cloud, and security. Assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, endpoint and server maintenance, security monitoring, automation with PowerShell, documentation, and participation in IT projects and rollouts under mentor guidance.

Provide Irish-law advice and manage execution of complex debt financings (LMA-based facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements). Lead drafting, negotiation, due diligence, CP/closing and post-completion filings; coordinate with counterpart counsel, lenders and internal specialists. Support client development, supervise trainees, and use legal tech/GenAI tools to improve precedent libraries and workflows.

Support and manage ETF and fund listing processes across jurisdictions, prepare and review listing documentation, advise clients on timelines and obligations, coordinate with legal counsel, regulators and exchanges, manage cross-listings, monitor regulatory developments, and contribute to process improvements.

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to partners and associates in the Pensions and Commercial team, including diary and email management, client onboarding AML checks, billing and invoicing, document production and formatting, file maintenance, travel and expenses, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Advise on complex insolvency matters within a top-tier Corporate M&A team. Work with partners and senior associates on cross-border transactions, draft legal documents, engage in business development, attend networking events, and build client relationships while delivering commercial, diligent legal advice.

Advise financial institutions on Irish and EU regulatory matters, support licensing and supervisory engagements with the Central Bank of Ireland, provide regulatory input on transactions, help clients with compliance and governance, draft regulatory documentation, contribute to business development and cross-practice collaboration.
