Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to partners and associates in the Pensions and Commercial team, including diary and email management, client onboarding AML checks, billing and invoicing, document production and formatting, file maintenance, travel and expenses, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Supports and enhances on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including Azure, Microsoft 365, servers, storage, virtualization, networking, identity, and security controls. Responsibilities include monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, incident and change management, vulnerability remediation, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, project delivery, automation, and technical documentation. The role collaborates with internal IT teams and third-party providers to maintain secure, reliable, and scalable services.

Provide Irish-law advice and manage execution of complex debt financings (LMA-based facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements). Lead drafting, negotiation, due diligence, CP/closing and post-completion filings; coordinate with counterpart counsel, lenders and internal specialists. Support client development, supervise trainees, and use legal tech/GenAI tools to improve precedent libraries and workflows.
