Prepare standard and self-assessed tax returns, explain outcomes to clients, respond to tax and financial queries, liaise with revenue commissioners, comply with regulatory and risk controls, and maintain commercial awareness while delivering empathetic customer service.

Lead contributor delivering data and process change initiatives for the Finance Division. Perform end-to-end data analysis, produce management information and reporting, manage ETL and data transformation rules, engage stakeholders (unions, payroll, third parties), support onboarding of salary deduction schemes, identify data quality and operational risks, define improvement recommendations, and collaborate with Technology, PMO and Operations to deliver automated, controlled solutions and change governance.
