Build executive and site relationships, drive Time to Measurable Impact, coordinate multi-site rollouts, monitor usage and health, escalate blockers, support expansion and late-stage sales, and partner cross-functionally to connect platform usage to safety and operational outcomes.

Lead infrastructure initiatives in cloud and edge environments, focusing on CI/CD pipeline implementation, system reliability, and data security compliance while managing a team.

Own remote access, edge security, OS lifecycle, provisioning, and networking posture for a global fleet of Linux edge devices. Build and operate tooling for remote management, patching, endpoint protection, cloud/edge integration, and customer security reviews.
