The Senior CloudOps Engineer will manage and enhance cloud infrastructure on AWS, automate processes, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Own the Build Authoring product area: lead discovery, define requirements, prioritize backlog, coordinate delivery and releases, liaise with customers and stakeholders, measure product performance, and embed AI-enabled product development to deliver scalable API-driven authoring solutions.

Own product discovery, roadmap, and delivery for Build APIs supporting the LWF platform. Lead prioritization, coordinate engineering and design, manage releases, monitor product success metrics, and represent customer needs to stakeholders. Drive AI-enabled product development and support go-to-market and customer training.
