Manage day-to-day relationships with private equity, real estate, credit, and debt fund clients. Review financial statements for UK GAAP or IFRS compliance, validate investor drawdown and distribution calculations, oversee fund reporting deliverables, resolve client issues, mentor junior staff, and improve accounting processes and workflows.

Manage a portfolio of loan administration clients delivering onboarding, transaction processing, reconciliations, investor reporting, waterfall calculations, and lifecycle event management. Lead and develop a team of loan analysts, act as primary client escalation contact, drive process improvements, and support business growth through client demos and service enhancements.
