Support and implement EMEA marketing plans for Mentor products: manage approvals, translations, marketing materials, distributor communications, warranty programs, events, trainings, digital strategy, reporting, and cross-market projects and launches.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and deployment for Orthopedics Supply Chain: prioritize use cases, own end-to-end AI lifecycle (ML, GenAI, Agentic AI), establish governance/MLOps/LLMOps/observability, partner with business stakeholders, manage delivery, vendors and budgets, and drive innovation and responsible AI adoption.

Lead threat detection and incident response activities, conduct digital forensics, triage and contain business-impacting security incidents, advise stakeholders, evaluate security tools, mentor team members, and measure response effectiveness via KPIs.
