Leads ICON’s enterprise AI engineering platform, multi-agent framework, and agent services. Responsibilities include platform development, CI/CD, testing, deployment governance, monitoring, incident management, security, compliance, and responsible AI. Lead Irish and international tax matters across ICON entities, overseeing compliance, audits, tax planning, reporting, R&D tax credits, and cross-border issues. Advise senior stakeholders on corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and withholding tax; support expansions, restructurings, acquisitions, and entity setups. Manage external advisers and global finance teams, monitor legislative changes, improve tax processes and controls, and mentor tax professionals.

Leads ICON’s enterprise internal controls and SOX compliance program, including risk assessment, scoping, testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, reporting, and continuous improvement. Oversees second-line controls testing and coordinates with Finance, Technology, Internal Audit, external auditors, and governance forums. Advises executives and control owners, supports M&A control integration, develops team capability, and strengthens financial reporting controls across business and technology processes.

Support financial planning and month-end processes by preparing client and internal study reports, forecasts, budget reconciliations, dashboards and commentary; partner with operations to review study financial health, identify risks, and drive actions across stakeholders.
