The Talent Intern will assist the Global Talent Management team with operations, onboarding, learning initiatives, and HR technology support while gaining hands-on experience in a global context.

Support the Private Debt legal team with transaction documentation, fund and entity formation and lifecycle management, closings, document/file management, governance tasks, reporting, and legal operations projects while gaining in-house asset-management legal experience.

Intern will review and validate NAV packages and complex fee models, maintain private debt data in internal databases, support projects, produce team KPIs and documentation, and manage team communications and mailbox tasks.

Intern responsible for collecting, validating, and maintaining private debt financial, company and reference data; performing fundamentals analysis; resolving data discrepancies; producing reports and KPIs; supporting security master and ad-hoc projects; and managing team communications and documentation.
