Own Telnyx’s developer experience and product-led growth strategy. Lead six DevRel and PLG engineers building production-quality applications, integrations, templates, content, and demos. Improve APIs, SDKs, documentation, onboarding, and infrastructure usability. Drive developer activation, conversion, retention, self-service expansion, and revenue through telemetry, AI agents, automation, and growth systems. The role requires hands-on software development, technical product judgment, and leadership of a small technical team.

Build and deploy real-time voice and video AI models, including speech-to-speech, multimodal, and audiovisual systems. The role partners closely with product, engineering, sales, and demand generation while improving marketing workflows through autonomous agents and automation.

Lead global product marketing for Telnyx’s technical connectivity platform. Own positioning, segmentation, competitive differentiation, developer-focused distribution, solution packaging, launches, sales enablement, and AI-native marketing operations. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Developer Relations, and Marketing to create runnable demos, integrations, technical content, and commercial plays that drive adoption, qualified pipeline, conversion, and enterprise revenue.

Build and lead Telnyx’s European enterprise sales organization, including hiring and managing account executives and field development engineers. Develop country and account strategies, establish a repeatable multinational sales motion, personally support major enterprise deals, and drive pipeline, forecasting, territory planning, coaching, and profitable revenue growth. Partner with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to convert technical evaluations and production pilots into durable, multi-year enterprise relationships.

Design, build, and optimize a multi-region, highly-available Java/Scala microservices data pipeline processing thousands of messages/sec. Improve performance, implement fraud-detection pipelines with ML (Kafka/Kafka Streams), deploy to multi-cloud Kubernetes, and push frequent production releases to maintain five-nines uptime.

The Business Development Representative sources new sales opportunities, evaluates customers, develops sales strategies, and communicates value to prospects, maintaining detailed records in a CRM.

Deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters across cloud providers and edge locations. Build infrastructure networking, automation, secure runtime environments, observability, and workload isolation. Improve developer experience through APIs, CLI tooling, and clear error handling, while participating in on-call and diagnosing production performance and reliability issues.

Design and operate customer-facing networking APIs, Python orchestration control planes, and automation that configures routers across global points of presence. Build resource allocation, job queues, retries, rollback, reconciliation, BGP, WireGuard, GRE, NAT, firewall, DNS, cloud interconnect, and Envoy xDS integrations. Own production monitoring, incident response, billing synchronization, API compatibility, and network configuration drift detection across application and infrastructure layers.
