Responsibilities include managing attorneys across jurisdictions, developing legal and regulatory strategies, supporting CCD II implementation and BNPL expansion, advising on credit agreements and partnerships, managing regulatory risks and examinations, and collaborating with product, compliance, marketing, finance, and risk teams.
