Lead strategy, planning and execution of EMEA event portfolio (congresses, trade shows, customer and clinical education events). Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, stakeholder alignment, compliance, and post-event evaluation to drive brand, pipeline and relationships across markets.

Develop and optimize electrical and mechatronic solutions across the product lifecycle: create and maintain schematics, BOMs and technical documentation with EPLAN and ERP, support wiring, cabinet design, commissioning and testing, transfer engineering data to production, troubleshoot mechatronic faults, and drive change management and process standardization in cross-functional teams.

Lead and execute infrastructure, migration and security projects. Design, implement and operate on-premise, cloud and hybrid architectures. Provide second-/third-level support, administer systems, network and internal services, monitor performance and availability, maintain documentation, and enforce security standards while collaborating with development and service teams.
