Als Mechatronics Engineer (m/w/d) bei Cubicure übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung elektrischer und mechatronischer Lösungen für innovative Produkte. Du begleitest den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Konzeption und Auslegung über die technische Dokumentation bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme und Unterstützung der Fertigung. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management und Supply Chain zusammen, um hochwertige und normgerechte Lösungen zu realisieren. Neben der elektrischen Konstruktion mit EPLAN verantwortest Du die Pflege technischer Stammdaten, Stücklisten und Dokumentationen sowie die erfolgreiche Übergabe von Engineering-Ergebnissen in Produktion und Montage. Die Position bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, technische Verantwortung zu übernehmen, moderne mechatronische Systeme weiterzuentwickeln und aktiv zur Optimierung von Produkten und Prozessen beizutragen.
Deine Aufgaben als Mechatronics Engineer (m/w/d) bei Cubicure
- Entwickle und optimiere elektrische sowie mechatronische Lösungen für neue und bestehende Produkte.
- Erstelle und pflege Stromlaufpläne, technische Dokumentationen, Stücklisten, Stammdaten und Komponentenspezifikationen mit EPLAN und ERP-Systemen.
- Wähle elektrische und mechatronische Komponenten wie Sensoren, Aktoren und Steuerungselemente aus und dimensioniere diese gemäß technischen Anforderungen.
- Unterstütze Verkabelung, Schaltschrankdesign, Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme sowie elektrische Tests, Validierungen und Messungen.
- Stelle die reibungslose Übergabe von Engineering-Daten und Dokumentationen an Produktion und Montage sicher.
- Arbeite eng mit Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain und Production zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten zusammen.
- Analysiere elektrische und mechatronische Fehlerursachen und leite nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab.
- Unterstütze Änderungsmanagement, Standardisierung und die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen, Richtlinien und Arbeitsanweisungen.
Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse elektrischer Systeme, Schaltungen, Sicherheitsanforderungen und mechatronischer Komponenten.
- Sehr gute Erfahrung mit EPLAN Electric P8 für Elektrokonstruktion und technische Dokumentation.
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege von Schaltplänen, Verdrahtungsunterlagen, Stücklisten und technischen Dokumentationen.
- Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Regularien wie IEC, EN, CE, UL sowie Maschinen- und Elektrosicherheitsstandards.
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Engineering-Stammdatenmanagement.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.

Für die Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Kunststoffverarbeiter. Das Mindestgrundgehalt liegt bei monatlich 3.700 Euro brutto auf Vollzeitbasis mit klarer Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
