Lead sourcing activities for new product introduction and product change management in regulated (medical device) environments. Lead clinical education and strategic relationships across orthodontic and general practitioner communities. Manage KOLs, speaker/mentor programs, training events, and product launches; provide clinical leadership, internal training, sales support, and field-based education (30% field time) to drive innovation adoption and customer outcomes.

Support Clinical Services by eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements for frontend and backend medical-device software. Translate clinical and business needs into detailed user stories, APIs, and acceptance criteria; maintain traceability and regulatory documentation; coordinate cross-functional delivery, review UX/UI mockups, and support releases within a formal SDLC to ensure quality and compliance.

Serve as the primary clinical contact for orthodontists and dentists in Northern Germany. Deliver virtual and on-site training on Invisalign, iTero, and CAD/CAM workflows, provide clinical and technical support, run trainings and events, analyze cases and complaints, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive product adoption. Travel 50–70% and support long-term customer success.

Lead clinical education and faculty development across orthodontic and GP communities in the DACH region. Manage speaker/mentor relationships, mentorship and Train‑the‑Trainer programs, design local education strategies with Marketing, run events and LMR/GA initiatives, provide clinical leadership and internal training, support sales and customer issue resolution, and maintain at least 30% field time to deliver clinical training and foster innovation adoption.
