Deine Aufgaben als Area Sales Manager bei Align

• Führe, entwickle und motiviere ein Team von Territory Managern zu nachhaltigem Vertriebserfolg.
• Coache Vertriebsmitarbeitende regelmäßig in Einzel- und Teamformaten, um Leistung und Potenzial optimal zu entfalten.
• Entwickle gemeinsam mit Deinem Team strategische Vertriebspläne zur Erreichung anspruchsvoller Wachstumsziele.
• Steuere kundenbezogene Aktionspläne und stelle deren konsequente Umsetzung sicher.
• Fördere die fachliche Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams in den Bereichen Produktwissen, Kundensegmentierung und Vertriebsfähigkeiten.
• Analysiere Markt- und Geschäftspotenziale und leite daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung ab.
• Rekrutiere, integriere und entwickle leistungsstarke Vertriebstalente für ein erfolgreiches Teamwachstum.
• Arbeite eng mit internen Stakeholdern und Führungskräften zusammen, um innovative Vertriebsstrategien umzusetzen.

Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Vertrieb, Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Mindestens 5 bis 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb.
• Mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Vertriebsteams.
• Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Erreichung und Übertreffung von Vertriebszielen.
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Geschäftschancen zu erkennen und Menschen zu überzeugen.
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in Budgetplanung und Vertriebssteuerung.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Gültiger Führerschein und hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets.
