Teams at Align Technology

Lead cluster marketing for DSOs and group practices across Italy & Iberia, translating strategic pillars into measurable programs. Develop co‑marketing frameworks, scalable toolkits, account‑level materials, and integrated CRM-driven campaigns. Support BDMs on account plans, track performance, coordinate market intelligence, and represent the company at events to drive Invisalign/iTero and Align Digital Platform adoption.

Provide HR guidance and ensure consistent application of HR policies across multiple MEA sites. Support performance management, talent processes, learning and development, employee relations, compliance with local law, payroll coordination, HR data/reporting, and collaboration with COEs and external vendors.

Support FP&A and accounting: prepare/review financial statements, post journal entries in SAP, perform reconciliations, support month-/year-end close, budgeting and forecasting, coordinate with external accountants, assist intercompany entries, and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to inform decision-making.
