Support local marketing team with communications calendar, market research, social media content creation and scheduling, marketing materials and website CMS updates. Assist Dutch-English translation/localization, campaign and event support, maintain asset library, and monitor/report on campaign and social metrics to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Develop and optimize electrical and mechatronic solutions across the product lifecycle: create and maintain schematics, BOMs and technical documentation with EPLAN and ERP, support wiring, cabinet design, commissioning and testing, transfer engineering data to production, troubleshoot mechatronic faults, and drive change management and process standardization in cross-functional teams.

Serve as the central office contact handling front desk, administrative operations, meeting and travel coordination, vendor relationships, and process improvements to ensure an efficient, service-oriented workplace.
