As a Regional Business Development and Territory Manager for South Belgium and Luxembourg, you will play a key role in accelerating Invisalign, iTero and Retention growth across this combined territory through strategic account management, new business development and market expansion.

This role is designed for a senior, autonomous commercial professional who combines strong territory management discipline with a genuine hunter mentality. You will not only manage and grow an existing portfolio in Belgian Luxembourg, but also act as the key commercial owner for the Luxembourg market as a whole, building it largely from the ground up.

You will view Luxembourg as your own business, continuously evaluating market potential, customer needs and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
In Belgian Luxembourg, you will own and develop the full territory and customer portfolio, from large/key accounts to smaller and local practices. In Luxembourg country, you will act as the primary commercial driver across GP, Ortho, iTero and DSO segments, reporting to the Area Sales Manager BeLux.

Role expectations
South Belgium – Territory Management
  • Own and grow the full territory and customer portfolio, including large/key accounts as well as smaller and local practices.
  • Drive Invisalign, iTero and Retention business across the territory.
  • Develop existing accounts while actively acquiring new customers.
  • Build and manage a strong, well-qualified opportunity pipeline.
  • Execute commercial programs, education initiatives and customer development plans.
  • Own territory performance against revenue, growth and activity targets.
Luxembourg Country – Commercial & Business Development Ownership
  • Act as the key commercial owner for Luxembourg, developing the market across GP, Ortho, iTero and DSO.
  • Identify and open new strategic business opportunities, acting as a true hunter rather than managing an established base.
  • Lead DSO business development end-to-end: prospecting, negotiation, contracting and ongoing account follow-up.
  • Build relationships with key customers, groups and strategic stakeholders across the market.
  • Translate market opportunities into concrete, actionable commercial plans.
  • Coordinate with Clinical, Marketing, DSO, iTero and other cross-functional teams to drive execution.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy and ownership as the go-to commercial partner on the ground in Luxembourg.
Across both scopes
  • Maintain strong CRM, pipeline and forecasting discipline to support accurate business planning.
  • Negotiate confidently and effectively to build sustainable commercial partnerships.
  • Continuously evaluate performance across both territories and adapt strategies to maintain commercial momentum.
  • Report to the Area Sales Manager BeLux, sharing customer insights and market intelligence to support broader territory and business planning.

What we're looking for
  • Senior commercial professional with 6-10 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and/or business development, ideally combining both territory management and new-market development.
  • Strong experience opening new doors, prospecting and converting opportunities in markets with limited existing infrastructure.
  • Experience managing complex sales and negotiation processes, including contract management (DSO experience is a strong plus).
  • Experience in dental, medical device, healthcare, technology or capital equipment industries is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, assess and prioritize opportunities across varied account sizes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging both small local practices and strategic groups/DSOs.
  • Highly autonomous, accountable and comfortable managing a broad and varied scope.
  • Strategic enough to identify market opportunities, but strongly execution-oriented in delivering them.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
