The Support Engineer provides customer support for E2open’s supply chain platform, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include writing SQL queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting interactions, and handling customer inquiries in a professional manner.

As a Senior Solution Architect at E2open, you will lead the design and implementation of solutions for customers, focusing on integrating business processes and advanced analytics. You will conduct workshops to gather requirements and ensure the solutions align with customer needs, manage integration architecture, mentor team members, and collaborate on product roadmaps to drive efficient supply chain solutions.

The Senior Solution Architect will implement solutions for customer projects, manage design from initial workshops to go-live, translate business needs into functional design requirements, and define integration architecture between internal systems and E2open Software. Regular interaction with clients and teamwork is essential, alongside travel to customer sites in Europe.
