Lead strategic planning and cross-functional execution for Trust & Safety roadmaps, operationalize regulatory requirements, define detection/moderation/reporting systems, manage program delivery, and maintain KPIs to protect players and ensure compliance.

Provide HR BP support for global graduate programs and Dublin employees: administer program policies, handle front-line HR queries, produce program metrics, coordinate training, support employee relations, ensure compliance, and improve HR processes.
