Leads 24/7 incident response as an Incident Commander, coordinating engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve reliability, technical, security, privacy, and data incidents. Determines user impact, manages communications, drives mitigation and root-cause analysis, oversees postmortems and remediation, and improves incident processes, metrics, tooling, and operational readiness.
