Supervise QC and data entry team to ensure data integrity and meet customer SLAs. Provide training, forecast staffing, maintain IM Data Entry screens, liaise with Operations and Account Management, ensure compliance, and produce activity and exception reports.

Lead and develop a transport team to manage secure, compliant movement of records between Rathcoole, Damastown, and Athy. Optimize daily logistics, coordinate maintenance, collaborate with warehouse and customer service, and enforce health, safety, and regulatory standards.

The Records & Data Entry Specialist will cross-reference and validate legal documents for digitalisation, maintaining accuracy and complying with quality standards while reporting discrepancies and collaborating with teams.
