Build and optimize machine learning models and data pipelines for Workday’s de-identification and anonymization engine. Apply privacy techniques including differential privacy, k-anonymity, l-diversity, and t-closeness; fine-tune NER and pattern-matching models; and operate high-throughput Spark, EMR, and SageMaker pipelines in production. Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, product, legal, and compliance teams to develop scalable ML systems, data governance frameworks, and clear technical recommendations addressing privacy-utility trade-offs.

Provides technology consulting to Workday Success Plans customers through configuration guidance, troubleshooting, feature demonstrations, adoption reviews, presentations, and targeted deployments. The role advises customers on Workday HCM and Financial Reporting, Analytics, and Prism Analytics, translates complex concepts into practical solutions, supports feature adoption, and contributes to new customer enablement programs. It also requires maintaining Workday expertise and certifications while managing multiple consulting engagements and deliverables.

Designs, implements, and operates network security controls across AWS, GCP, and private cloud environments. Automates security monitoring and enforcement using Python, Go, Terraform, and related tools. Leads network security architecture assessments, supports WAF, firewall, DDoS, and IDS/IPS capabilities, develops security standards aligned with CIS, NIST, and FedRAMP, and mentors engineers while consulting with cross-functional teams.

Configure and maintain IAM integrations across SaaS applications, internal systems, APIs, directories, and cloud environments. Implement and troubleshoot joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle workflows, resolve synchronization and authentication issues, administer LDAP and Ory Hydra, manage vulnerability updates, automate identity tasks with scripts, and maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams. The role also supports zero-standing-privilege practices, secure design reviews, and identity security for human, non-human, and AI-agent identities.

Analyze product performance, migration logs, and system data to optimize deployment workflows and identify AI/ML opportunities. Build Tableau dashboards, model data from warehouses and NoSQL environments, prototype predictive models in Jupyter, and conduct advanced statistical analysis. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to support data-driven decisions, maintain high-quality data products, follow software development practices, and mentor team members.

Operate and automate a cloud-native cybersecurity data platform for the EU Sovereign region. Manage day-to-day administration, capacity planning, SLIs/SLOs, observability, incident response, and IaC to maximize uptime, reduce toil, and ensure compliance with European data residency requirements.

Build and maintain developer productivity tooling and platforms used by thousands of engineers. Design and implement APIs and microservices, improve CI/CD and automated testing pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, write technical designs, and ensure scalable, test-focused solutions to accelerate the development lifecycle.
