Responsibilities include overseeing business resilience and third-party risk, maintaining the risk management framework and risk appetite statement, assessing risk appetite, delivering ICAAP assessments, reporting to boards and regulators, supporting global non-financial risk processes, and participating in governance committees.

Lead enterprise-wide compliance for digital assets and blockchain, shaping strategy, governance, risk assessment, regulatory interpretation, and stakeholder advisory. Develop frameworks, oversee controls and reporting, engage regulators, and partner with Technology, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Operations to manage digital-asset risk.
