Performs daily reconciliation of mandatory, voluntary, and income-related corporate actions. Coordinates information flow among portfolio managers, front office, treasury, fund accounting, custodians, and other stakeholders. Manages complex corporate action communications, identifies and escalates risks, resolves discrepancies, supports reporting and data management, and ensures accurate processing in line with departmental policies. Represents the business to internal and external partners while contributing to process improvements.

Lead a portfolio of Core Custody applications and engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, cloud-based microservices. Translate strategy into prioritized backlogs, ensure modern development practices (IaC, CI/CD, test automation, containerization), drive architectural consistency, collaborate with product and stakeholders, hire and mentor engineers, and manage remote associates for mission-critical systems.
