Leads business development and account management for IQVIA Biotech across Europe. Sells and closes significant CRO service deals spanning Phase I–IV clinical solutions, develops strategic accounts, builds C-suite relationships, identifies new opportunities, expands existing clients, and coordinates internal expertise to deliver tailored solutions. Requires strong clinical sales, biotech market knowledge, solution-selling, hunting, relationship-building, and strategic execution experience.

Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, suppliers and procurement; support senior leaders with reports, presentations and projects; plan events, onboarding and meetings; handle operational administration (fleet, H&S, records) and build cross-functional relationships across the UK and Ireland business.
