Own the full sales cycle for Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce across the Dutch-speaking Benelux SMB market. Responsibilities include prospecting, new business acquisition, account expansion, territory and account planning, consultative solution selling, customer discovery, C-level relationship building, quota attainment, and collaboration with business development, presales, marketing, and account teams. The role is hybrid in Dublin with relocation support and requires professional fluency in Dutch and English.

Own customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, and optimization of Qualified’s AI-powered marketing platform and Piper AI SDR Agent. Design scalable integrations, routing workflows, data models, conversational flows, and qualification strategies across Salesforce and marketing systems. Enable customer teams, analyze engagement and pipeline performance, conduct executive business reviews, provide strategic recommendations, and support expansion and renewal opportunities while partnering with internal product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

Provide technical support for cloud products, managing customer issues and escalations through Salesforce CRM. Analyze, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve software problems while coordinating with partners and internal product teams. Support customers throughout the resolution lifecycle, identify product defects, manage expectations, and help prevent escalations. The role requires Java programming, relational database, operating system, cloud platform, API, and network troubleshooting knowledge, along with fluent French and excellent English.

Professional fluency in Polish and English and authorization to work in Ireland are required. The role is hybrid in Dublin with relocation support.

Sell Salesforce Marketing Cloud Agentforce platform to new customers. Manage full sales cycle, build C-suite and IT relationships, develop account strategies, collaborate with sales engineers and partners, represent the company at industry events, and drive revenue and customer transformation.

Serve as a strategic presales partner to Sales, designing and delivering custom Salesforce demos and solutions (Agentforce, Data Cloud). Translate business needs into technical designs, lead solution cycles, influence stakeholders, and maintain deep product and industry knowledge. Support deal strategy, present to technical and executive audiences, and travel occasionally for customer engagements.

Lead and scale a high-velocity team of BDRs for the French market: recruit, onboard, coach, and develop talent into AEs; define sales strategy and KPIs; optimize performance and incentives; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations; and track/report lead quality and revenue impact to senior stakeholders.

Manage named enterprise accounts (Ireland banking & financial services), build C-suite and stakeholder relationships, create account strategies, drive upsell/cross-sell and ACV growth, own end-to-end sales cycles, perform territory planning and discovery, and coordinate internal resources to deliver Salesforce Customer 360 value.

Generate outbound pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and account research; manage inbound leads and nurture early-stage opportunities; identify decision makers and align with account teams to create net-new opportunities and support sellers toward closed business.
