Develops and scales AI-powered managed services and Built On ServiceNow solutions through strategic partner collaboration. Identifies opportunities, shapes growth strategies, guides solution deals from discovery through launch, presents value propositions to executives, structures deals with finance and legal teams, and coordinates internal and external stakeholders. The role requires extensive enterprise IT sales, consultative selling, platform transformation, managed services, BPO, and strategic partnership experience, with travel as needed.

Drives new business sales and account expansion for ServiceNow’s enterprise cloud platform across commercial accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline generation, managing complex sales cycles, meeting quotas, developing customer relationships, forecasting, territory and account planning, coordinating internal specialists and partners, supporting renewals, and mentoring teammates. Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.

Leads EMEA and LATAM international tax accounting, quarterly US GAAP tax provisions, Pillar 2 calculations, tax compliance, audits, statutory reporting, and tax planning. Own UKI distributor sales acceleration by driving pre-buy realization, expanding pipeline coverage, onboarding and enabling partners, managing deal registration, and aligning Exclusive Networks with ServiceNow leadership. The role focuses on building a sustainable 3:1 pipeline ratio, increasing partner adoption, shortening deal cycles, and generating high-quality registrations through data-driven regional programs.

Drive new business and expand usage of the Now Platform via strategic outbound prospecting and phone/video sales. Manage Commercial accounts, follow Value Selling, hit KPIs and quotas, collaborate with Solution Consultants and Renewals, mentor team members, forecast accurately, and occasionally travel for training or meetings.

Lead technical pre-sales for enterprise ServiceNow solutions across a portfolio in Ireland. Engage C-suite, run demos, design solutions, respond to RFPs, support POCs, and collaborate with sales and professional services to drive deals and transitions.
