Leads and develops a global Incident Response team while overseeing complex forensic investigations, ransomware and cyber extortion engagements, recovery efforts, customer communications, quality assurance, operational metrics, process standardization, and strategic program growth. Provides senior technical escalation support across Windows, Linux, macOS, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud environments, while managing resources, stakeholder relationships, and on-call responsibilities.
