Own the end-to-end help center and support content experience, including roadmap, voice and editorial standards, taxonomy, audits, publishing, and performance measurement. Use analytics to improve content discovery, self-service resolution, ticket deflection, customer satisfaction, and content quality. Write and edit launch, policy, and workflow content while aligning stakeholders across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across Match Group brands, functions, and markets. Partner with senior leaders, develop hiring strategies, source passive talent, build talent maps, manage structured interviews, optimize recruiting processes, guide offer decisions, and provide market intelligence. Use recruiting analytics, modern sourcing platforms, AI-enabled tools, and ATS systems to improve hiring outcomes.

Investigate and resolve complex Trust & Safety and customer support escalations, including fraud, abuse, sensitive content, platform issues, and policy violations. Review bug reports, troubleshoot application issues, analyze user feedback, and coordinate with Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Communications, Trust & Safety, and outsourced support teams. Identify process improvements, manage high-pressure cases, and support team mentoring and upskilling while working APAC timezone schedules.
