Owns diagnosis and resolution of complex customer issues across a distributed database platform. Responsibilities include SQL and query performance troubleshooting, Linux administration, customer onboarding and deployments, managed database monitoring, root-cause analysis, documentation, technical escalation, and collaboration with Engineering. The role provides customer support through tickets, email, and phone, participates in on-call rotations, and uses AI-assisted troubleshooting.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for CSP opportunities, run discovery workshops, design OcientAIQ hybrid data solutions, integrate with cloud data/AI ecosystems, orchestrate partner engagements, drive proofs-of-value and production readiness, and influence product and delivery teams for repeatable customer outcomes.
