Own strategic relationships with enterprise customers, providing technical expertise, product guidance, tier-2 support, deployment coordination, documentation, and escalation management. Lead technical presentations, manage customer and partner expectations, maintain deployment records and test environments, communicate product feedback internally, and support software and hardware implementations. The role is hybrid in Skopje, supports customers across Saudi Arabia, and requires travel of up to 50%.
