Develop and deploy machine learning and data science solutions for mission planning, situational awareness, workflow automation, predictive modeling, and operational decision support. Process multimodal datasets including drone sensor, geospatial, time-series, text, and unstructured data. Build, evaluate, optimize, document, and productionize models while collaborating with engineering, product, and domain teams. Apply classical machine learning, deep learning, language models, and AI ethics practices across the full data science lifecycle.

Develop and optimize large language models and NLP capabilities for decision support, mission planning, workflow automation, and situational awareness. Responsibilities include data preprocessing, model training and fine-tuning, RAG and agentic system development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with engineering and product teams. The role requires strong Python, deep learning, LLMOps, cloud, and MLOps expertise, plus knowledge of responsible AI and bias mitigation.
