Leads Channelscaler’s global engineering organization and technical roadmap during a high-growth phase. Responsibilities include scaling teams and processes, embedding AI throughout software development, improving release velocity, managing technical debt and infrastructure investments, and ensuring platform security, reliability, performance, and scalability. The SVP partners with executive and cross-functional leaders, represents engineering with customers and the board, and drives talent development, predictable execution, and AI-led innovation.
