Provide end-to-end administration for life, pensions, protection and investment products, support directors and clients, manage group schemes, liaise with product providers, maintain CRM and compliance, and contribute to process improvements within a small administration team.

Manage personal lines policy renewals, maintain client relationships, advise on risk and coverage, achieve new business and renewal targets, ensure compliance and collaborate with internal teams to support product development and client visits.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Financial Lines clients, advising on PI, D&O, Cyber and related products. Deliver risk assessments, negotiate placements and renewals, develop new business, prepare insurer submissions, mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and build insurer and client relationships to meet team growth targets.
