Provide academic and administrative support to prospective and current students, document contacts in CRM, coordinate events and classroom logistics, assist with military documentation and base access, distribute marketing materials, maintain facilities and labs, and liaise with host military education staff.

Administer and communicate group benefit plans for overseas employees, manage open enrollment, track medical/dental clearance for CENTCOM/AFRICOM assignments, reconcile invoices and payroll deductions, maintain HR systems and benefits content, support absence administration, execute system testing and process improvements, and liaise with vendors, Payroll, Finance, and managers to ensure compliant benefits delivery.
