Lead end-to-end delivery of capital and operational projects as Principal Contractor across a client portfolio. Manage project planning, budgets/P&L, subcontractors, teams, compliance with CDM and QHSE, stakeholder engagement, tendering, and project commercial performance to ensure timely, on-budget, and quality outcomes.

Support rollout and implementation of risk management processes across programmes and projects. Maintain risk registers and data quality, facilitate risk workshops, support quantitative risk analysis and integration with cost/schedule, assist training and coaching, and promote consistent, auditable risk management practices and reporting (dashboards).

Maintain and monitor master schedule, integrate contractor schedules into a master plan, review and advise on contractor submissions, prepare progress reports, verify site data, develop mitigation and micro-schedules for critical tasks, analyze critical path and constraints, assess and defend extension of time claims, and manage site logistics and project control procedures.

Lead regional PMO oversight for Continental Europe capital programs, ensuring compliance with reporting, governance, processes, handovers, and budget tracking. Standardize methodologies, monitor performance and interdependencies, resolve program-level risks and resource conflicts, and provide timely regional reporting to the Capital Program Integrator while engaging stakeholders and external partners.

Develop and maintain project schedules and baselines, monitor critical path and float, forecast resources and costs, manage change and risk provisions, prepare summary reports, support project controls and programme managers, maintain reporting tools/systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of capital projects on time and within budget.

Senior leadership role owning delivery of principal contracting (turnkey) projects: manage budget, schedule, quality and risk; secure new opportunities; own P&L; lead procurement, supplier management and bids; build client and stakeholder relationships; develop teams and ensure governance, compliance and safety.

Support PMO cost and schedule teams to monitor and control programme budgets and schedules, identify and mitigate risks, prepare stakeholder reports, manage change control, ensure compliance and quality, allocate resources, maintain communications, use PMO software, and assist the Intermediate Programme Controller.

Advise owners and occupiers on MEP/building services for redevelopment and new construction. Conduct technical monitoring, quality assessments, maintenance planning, tender documentation, and manage tender processes. Support acquisitions, disposals, second opinions and refinancing, coordinate stakeholders, and combine technical expertise with commercial awareness across project phases.

Support PMO teams by managing document storage, version control, access rights, distribution, review/approval workflows, compliance and reporting across the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate records for audits, mentor junior document controllers, identify and implement process improvements, and ensure timely dissemination and integrity of project documentation.

Lead and deliver on-site technical projects for AkzoNobel from request to completion. Manage scope, stakeholders, contractors and safety for works in HVAC, lab equipment, roofing, electrical and security. Maintain project control, progress reporting, administration and ensure safe execution while coordinating with CBRE GWS and client teams.
