Coordinate and oversee multi-discipline technical design for major rail infrastructure contracts. Manage design planning, assurance, stakeholder engagement, compliance with standards, risk mitigation, design change control, programme reporting, and support railway safety/regulatory submissions to deliver detailed, constructable designs.

Lead project controls for Data Centre projects: establish processes, templates and baselines for cost and schedule; monitor performance, manage change, risks and opportunities; coordinate planning workshops; produce executive reports; liaise with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure schedule, cashflow and quality targets are met.

Lead commercial strategy, contract and procurement management, programme controls, budgeting and risk for a major multiyear infrastructure programme. Oversee teams (cost, planning, controls), ensure governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to deliver financial and schedule performance.

Perform MEP-focused technical due diligence for property transactions and developments: document review, site inspections, condition and cost assessments, report preparation, quality control, project monitoring, and feasibility studies within an interdisciplinary team.

Lead and manage large-scale hyperscale data centre projects from feasibility through completion. Develop strategies, plans and budgets; monitor progress; manage risks, clients, contractors and designers; prepare reports and presentations; maintain project systems and provide sector thought leadership.

Manage and support rollout and governance of a company-wide document management system: serve as primary contact, create project sites, run compliance audits, fix document links, prepare training materials, deliver training, and produce usage and compliance reports.

Manage and maintain project schedules per NEC4, review and accept contractor programmes, monitor progress, assess time/cost impacts of compensation events, produce reports, collaborate with contractors, Cost Manager and Project Manager to mitigate delays and risks, and develop sustainable scheduling processes across large capital programmes.
