Lead and oversee outsourced VAT compliance across multiple European jurisdictions, provide VAT advisory to stakeholders, manage audits and disputes, ensure VAT risk controls and governance, identify process improvements, and manage and develop the VAT team.

Serve as primary fund accountant for alternative investment products, calculate NAVs, record trades and investor activity, prepare financial statements, audits and tax schedules, reconcile investor contributions/withdrawals, allocate profits, and manage expense processing and reporting in accordance with GAAP.

Supervise fund accounting team responsible for NAV calculation, portfolio and partnership accounting, investor contributions/withdrawals, expense allocation, and preparation of fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules. Provide oversight, review deliverables, train staff, ensure GAAP compliance, reconcile trades and income, and communicate financial information to advisors and investors.

Serve as strategic finance advisor for Payments: lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning; deliver revenue, volume, yield, and profitability analysis; build business cases and support commercial negotiations; drive reporting automation and BI improvements; collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Risk, Technology, and Finance; ensure financial governance and compliance.

Prepare, review and submit regulatory returns for European entities; reconcile reports to ledgers and risk systems; interpret regulatory changes; support reporting projects, governance, audits and controls; analyze large datasets and improve data quality using automation and analytics tools.

Lead enterprise engineering modernization and AI adoption: define architecture standards, drive API/microservice/cloud-native designs, mentor teams, implement AI-assisted development, and accelerate legacy-to-cloud migrations while improving reliability, security, and developer productivity.

Manage cash and asset reconciliations, process and settle bond and syndicated loan trades, produce daily cash and client reporting, investigate exceptions, ensure liquidity via money market funds, liaise with clients and counterparties, and support monthly investor reporting for CLO/CDO portfolios.

Manage fund accounting and reporting for closed-end and evergreen funds, serve as primary client contact, oversee audits, coach and train team members, document and improve processes, review accruals and legal documents, and support operational risk, efficiency and technology initiatives.

Support credit decisioning through detailed credit analysis, financial due diligence, and management information. Coordinate credit governance forums, prepare and quality-check materials, monitor adherence to governance, and contribute to portfolio strategy, risk appetite, and cross-functional alignment.
