Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for RoomPriceGenie’s AI-powered revenue management product. Lead engineers and collaborate with design, research, leadership, integrations, customer success, sales, and account management. Translate complex pricing and forecasting logic into simple, explainable hotelier experiences, conduct customer discovery, define KPIs, prioritize trade-offs, and drive measurable adoption, retention, revenue uplift, and expansion.

Identify and engage hotel decision-makers through outbound calls, uncover business needs, pitch RoomPriceGenie, and qualify prospects for sales demos. Track outreach in HubSpot, apply local market insights, monitor hospitality trends and competitors, and collaborate with management to improve customer journey processes. The role also contributes ideas to support startup growth and requires strong communication, organization, empathy, and customer-focused sales skills.

Lead and grow a small UX design and research function, set strategic vision and standards, advocate for design at leadership level, raise design maturity, enable AI in workflows, coach and develop designers and researchers, and establish scalable systems like design systems and playbooks.
