Manage multiple client-facing cloud projects across AWS and Azure, including migrations, cloud-native implementations, technology upgrades, DevOps enablement, and operational improvements. Coordinate technical teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders while controlling scope, budgets, timelines, risks, quality, governance, documentation, and change requests. Lead status meetings, prepare Statements of Work and project reporting, and coordinate handover into operational support.

Lead a one-year cloud operations transformation programme for a public sector customer across Azure and AWS. Assess current practices, define a target operating model, and design governance and operational processes covering security, resilience, monitoring, incident management, configuration, licensing, reporting and FinOps.
