Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, deployment, adoption, value realization, renewals, QBRs, and account expansion. Coordinate cross-functional teams, translate platform capabilities into customer outcomes, monitor account health, and build executive relationships. The role requires cybersecurity and preferably OT experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and approximately 30% customer travel across EMEA.
