Design scalable backend services, data flows, Databricks-based pipelines, and agent-enabled features. Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, code and architecture review, and collaborate with product stakeholders to deliver maintainable, testable solutions.

Support Implementation Managers in customer onboarding and implementation coordination. Assist with UAT, testing, training preparation, documentation, and customer-facing enablement.
